Judy Brengman Irvin - City of Salina
Judy is the City of Salina Neighborhood Services Division Coordinator and joined the NCRPC Board of Directors in 2006. As coordinator, she is responsible for administering several programs including housing rehabilitation using local and HUD funds as well as Federal emergency shelter grants. She oversees nuisance/zoning code enforcement and administers Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Rebates. Judy also collaborates with local and state entities on economic development and livability issues. She is currently involved with the Salina Area Homeless Task Force/Continuum of Care, Rotary International and performs with several musical groups including the Salina Symphony. Past involvement includes the Kansas Downtown Development Association, Kansas Preservation Alliance and the Kansas Arts Commission among others. She received a bachelor’s degree in education, is certified as a CDBG project administrator and has Series 7 financial certification. Judy is married to Hugh Irvin and has a daughter, Sara, and three grandchildren. Judy enjoys art, gardening and traveling. |
