Frank Rytych - Republic County

Frank began serving on the Republic County Board of Commissioners and the NCRPC Board in January 2007. He has served in a variety of roles over the years including being a State of Kansas Road Inspector and working for four years in the Republic County Road and Bridge Department. In 1994 Frank moved to his present rural home near Narka, which was also his homestead. Frank graduated from Fort Hays State University with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture. In addition to his involvement with Republic County and the NCRPC, he also serves on a regional Juvenile Justice Authority (JJA) Board and is president of a local fraternal lodge, Western Fraternal Lodge Association.
