Tim Vandall - City of Ellsworth
Tim became the Ellsworth City Administrator in March 2009 and was appointed to the NCRPC Board at the same time. He is responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations, budget preparation and making recommendations for city policies. A native of Volga, South Dakota, Tim graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science and a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Dakota. His previous work experience includes serving as an intern with the City of Flandreau, South Dakota, and serving as a graduate research assistant at the University of South Dakota. He is active locally with the Kiwanis organization, First Presbyterian Church, and the City of Ellsworth Celebrations Committee. In addition, Tim is a member of International City/County Management Association (ICMA), American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) and League of Kansas Municipalities (LKM). Tim enjoys golfing, camping, attending sporting events, reading and music.
