The core planning and development area served by the North Central Regional Planning Commission consists of twelve (12) counties. However, NCRPC staff oversees a number of programs and/or projects that have far reaching impact throughout much of Kansas. Four Rivers Development, Inc.: A close affiliate of the NCRPC, FORDI provides loan packaging services to ten (10) counties included in the NCRPC area. This arm of the NCRPC has packaged in excess of $70.0 Million in private business loans benefiting over 300 businesses in North Central Kansas.
