The core planning and development area served by the North Central Regional Planning Commission consists of twelve (12) counties. However, NCRPC staff oversees a number of programs and/or projects that have far reaching impact throughout much of Kansas. NCKCN: A close affiliate of the NCRPC, the North Central Kansas Community Network (NCKCN) is a local internet service provider. Services provided include high speed access via cable and wireless technologies plus simple dial-up service.
