The NCRPC, through its non-profit affiliate, the North Central Kansas Community Network Co. (NCKCN), receives and places 75% state tax credits as a means of raising money for purposes of regional economic development. Here, the NCRPC serves nineteen (19) counties, including cities like Emporia, Junction City, Manhattan and Salina.
