 Connie Cyr - Housing Specialist
Connie started work with the NCRPC in 1980. She attended Fort Hays State University for three years and Colorado State University for one year. Her first assignment with the NCRPC was as Weatherization Program Coordinator, and then she was promoted to Weatherization Program Director in 1982. As the NCRPC moved into housing rehabilitation, she assumed the directorship of all housing programs offered by the organization in 1992. In December 2007 she stepped down from her director role, but she continues to administer housing rehabilitation projects on a part-time basis and consult on all topics related to housing. She holds certification from the Kansas Department of Commerce to administer Community Development Block Grants for two categories, general and housing. |
