 John Cyr - Speial Projects Coordinator
John joined the NCRPC staff in 1980 first as a project administrator and then as Economic Development Representative before assuming the position of Executive Director in 1986. In April 2008 he stepped down as director and became coordinator of special projects. He graduated from The University of Kansas in 1971 with a B.A. majoring in both anthropology and geography and Kansas State University in 1981 with an M.A. in geography. He has earned certification by the National Development Council as an Economic Development Finance Professional and by the Kansas Department of Commerce as a Community Development Block Grant program administrator. |
