 Mandy Fincham – Community Development Specialist
Mandy joined the NCRPC in 2010 as a community development specialist and also will serve as a project administrator for the Kansas Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant Program. A graduate of Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa, with a bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications and a minor in Management, Mandy has experience in a variety of communications and management positions. In addition, she has taken graduate studies at Fort Hays State University. She is a member of Leadership Mitchell County Class X, serves as a Beloit Area Chamber of Commerce board member, and is an officer in Cassiopeia, an all women’s philanthropic group in Beloit.
