Dell Gier - Housing Inspector

Dell began work at the NCRPC in 2002. He has been certified by the Kansas Department of Commerce as a "Housing Quality Standards" inspector and is licensed to perform housing inspections for any of that agency's housing programs. He has additional training in home inspection through the Community Revitalization Training Center and is a Kansas Energy Star Rater. Dell has also been certified for asbestos material inspections and demolition disposal.
