Debra Carlson Ohlde - Assistant Executive Director
Debra (Deb) joined the NCRPC in 1994 as a community development specialist/project administrator. She was named the Assistant Executive Director in April 2008. A graduate of Kansas State University with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics and an M.S. in Public Administration, Deb has an extensive background in rural community development. She has attended the Community Development Institute supported by the University of Arkansas and the Helping Small Towns Survive Institute provided by the Heartland Center for Leadership Development. She also has certified training from the National Development Council and the Kansas Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant program. Deb is also an experienced small group facilitator and strategic planner. |
