 Debra Peters - General Manager of Four Rivers Development, Inc. (FORDI)
Debra first began working for the NCRPC in 1988 as a Loan Packager for FORDI, the financial arm of the NCRPC. She is a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a B.S. in Business. In 1993 she earned recognition as the SBA Small Business Advocate of the Year for the State of Kansas. She then spent time in private banking, holding the position of Vice President of Commercial Lending before returning to the NCRPC in 1998 as the FORDI General Manager. Debra has earned certification through the National Development Council and has advanced training in Business Valuation and Acquisition. In addition, she is a certified administrator for the Kansas Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant Program specializing in the economic development category. |
