NCRPC offers business-financing services through its affiliate, Four Rivers Development, Inc. (FORDI). FORDI is a non-profit that was organized in 1983. Its mission is to successfully increase banks and businesses access and approval of projects in North Central Kansas by informing them of funding options, reviewing loan feasibility, and providing loan-packaging services to start, expand, or purchase a business.

FORDI provides assistance to 10 counties in North Central Kansas including Cloud, Dickinson, Ellsworth, Jewell, Lincoln, Mitchell, Ottawa, Republic, Saline, and Washington.
