Four Rivers NCKBDF Down Payment Assistance Program

The loan program provides down payment assistance for business projects that appear viable.

Loan amount available: Limited to 10% of project cost up to $25,000 (subject to availability of funds). Minimum request of $5,000.

Interest rate: 5% fixed

Term: Based on project need

Primary eligibility requirements:

Minimum of 10% from Applicant/Borrower

Bank request for assistance

Good personal credit history

Program not available in Clay, Marshall and Saline Counties

Special features: Unsecured, with owners as co-borrowers
