Rehabilitation Program

The NCRPC provides administration and inspection services for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Program, which is funded through the Kansas Department of Commerce (KDOC). The CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Program provides funding to local governments to repair and rehabilitate homes (owner occupied or rentals) and to demolish dilapidated residential structures in a defined target area. Maximum grant award per community is $400,000. Grant applications are due August 29, 2008 with award announcements in January 2009.
