We cover the 7-Steps to Financial Success and work on an actual example of how to use this information to manage a business more effectively. We cover pricing\, financial cycles\, financial roadmap\, ratio scorecard\, leakage\, break even\, financial gap\, profit plan\, and a managed balance sheet. This workshop is excellent for business owners to understand how to improve their business and financial knowledge. It is also a great tool for Accountants/CPAs to keep their clients on track. \nLocation: Salina\, KS\nVisit Salina Annex located at 120 W Ash St Salina KS 67401 (Directly north of the main Salina Area Chamber of Commerce building) \n*PLEASE NOTE: A minimum of 5 students are needed to hold the class.
