This workshop covers the major financial statements\, how to use them\, Break Even Point\, Overhead Rates\, setting labor rates\, and much more. Please note: we do not discuss how to obtain funding or complete lending applications. \nCourse Delivery: \nClass will be delivered online via Zoom. \nAbout the Instructor:\nRick Feltenberger is Regional Director of the Kansas Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Fort Hays State University. During his business career\, Mr. Feltenberger was a serial entrepreneur and an accomplished Fortune 500 business executive. As an entrepreneur\, Rick started and successfully exited 4 businesses and served as an Advisor-in-Residence for a business incubator where he assisted multiple startups.
