DESCRIPTION:This unique workshop is not offered anywhere else. It is designed to help entrepreneurs move through the challenging “Business Plan” phase of starting a business. It is ideal for folks that already have an idea to start their business and want to do it the right way. It is also a great refresher for owners of a business who may have gotten off on the wrong foot! This workshop will cover the first two (2) phases of the 5-phase startup process. One of the innovations developed by the instructor\, Rick Feltenberger\, is the KansasKanvas™. This innovation guides attendees through the process of identifying the ideal customer\, determining market size\, and much more.
