We cover the 7-Steps to Financial Success and work on an actual example of how to use this information to manage a business more effectively. We cover pricing\, financial cycles\, financial roadmap\, ratio scorecard\, leakage\, break even\, financial gap\, profit plan\, and a managed balance sheet. This workshop is excellent for business owners to understand how to improve their business and financial knowledge.
