Housing Initiative

The NCRPC Housing Initiative will offer reimbursement grants to eligible residential property owners for moderate-income housing rehabilitation and the demolition of dilapidated residential structures.
Administered by NCRPC in partnership with the Dane G. Hansen Foundation, the programs will serve eligible counties in north central and northwest Kansas. Funding will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while funds remain.
The application, including eligibility requirements and complete program details, will be made available on Monday, November 16, after 9 a.m. CT.
Eligibility & Funding
Eligible Counties include 24 Kansas counties: Cheyenne, Cloud, Decatur, Ellsworth, Gove, Graham, Jewell, Lincoln, Logan, Mitchell, Osborne, Ottawa, Phillips, Rawlins, Republic, Rooks, Russell, Saline (outside Salina city limits), Sheridan, Sherman, Smith, Thomas, Trego and Wallace.
