Weatherization Bid Procurement
The North Central Regional Planning Commission (NCRPC) Weatherization Assistance Program periodically solicits qualified contractors to provide weatherization services throughout our service area. Contractors interested in future bidding opportunities are encouraged to contact the NCRPC Weatherization Department to learn more about the procurement process.

A MANDATORY Bidders Conference will be held on Thursday, August 13th, 2026.
Current Procurement Status
The annual procurement period is currently closed. However, contractors interested in future bidding opportunities are encouraged to contact the NCRPC Weatherization Department to learn more about the procurement process and be added to our contractor notification list.
Mandatory Bidders Conference
The conference will be held in person and virtually. This will allow interested parties across our service territory to attend. All potential Offerors are required to attend the Bidders Conference. All instructions for the RFP will be provided at the Bidders Conference. All questions will be answered at the Bidders Conference, and any adjustments will be made and sent the following day.
