Administrative Manager
Chelsea Smith joined the North Central Regional Planning Commission in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant and was named Administrative Manager in 2025. In her role, she supports numerous NCRPC programs, provides in-house technical support for the organization, and manages accounts receivable for NCKCN, the 501(c)(3) Internet Service Provider operated by the NCRPC. Chelsea brings over 20 years of customer service experience, including work in e-commerce and web data management.
