Weatherization Technical Supervisor/Housing Inspector
Dell Gier serves as the Weatherization Technical Supervisor, where he co-leads the Weatherization Assistance Program. The NCRPC administers this program across 41 counties in North Central and Northwest Kansas. He has also worked as a Housing Inspector since joining the North Central Regional Planning Commission in 2002. Dell holds numerous additional certifications, including risk assessor and radon measurement technician credentials through the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE), asbestos inspector certification, and Quality Control Inspector (QCI) certification. He is also certified by the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation to perform weatherization inspections and has completed weatherization inspector/auditor training and thermographic training for energy applications.
