Assistant Director and Housing Director
Keegan Bailey has been with the NCRPC since 2015 and was named Assistant Director in 2025, a testament to her leadership and dedication to advancing the organization’s mission. She also continues to serve as the Housing Director, a role she assumed in November 2020, where she leads efforts to address regional housing needs and drives the success of the organization’s housing programs. A native of Beloit, Keegan holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Washburn University.
