Homeland Security Coordinator
Kristina Harrison serves as a Homeland Security Coordinator, where she oversees fiscal agent responsibilities. She collaborates with project managers from each of the regional homeland security councils to ensure their questions are addressed, financial documentation is properly maintained, and projects are completed in accordance with grant guidelines. Kristina holds an associate degree in Emergency Management from Barton County Community College and also works full-time as a 911 dispatcher. She first joined the NCRPC in 2024 as a Homeland Security Assistant.
