Office Manager
Pepper Roberg joined the North Central Regional Planning Commission (NCRPC) in 2004 and was appointed Office Manager in 2008. In 2025, she was appointed Director of Operations and Personnel. In this role, she serves on the organization’s leadership team and oversees all aspects of office accounting, general administration, and personnel. Prior to joining the NCRPC, Pepper attended the University of Kansas, where she focused on biology and life sciences. She later returned to her hometown of Beloit to raise her two daughters and assist in the operation of two family-owned businesses, gaining nearly a decade of experience in business management.
