Community Development Representative
Riley Silsby joined the North Central Regional Planning Commission in 2025 as a Community Development Representative. In this role, she assists member cities, counties, and area non-profits with a variety of community initiatives, including project development and administration. Riley earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Community Development with a minor in Community Planning from Kansas State University.
