Request for Quotations (RFQ)
The North Central Regional Planning Commission (NCRPC) seeks to engage a vendor capable of providing the following equipment or its equivalent by no later than July 15, 2025.

The NCRPC is tax-exempt. Documentation will be provided when the purchase order is issued.
End-User
This purchase is part of a SMART grant awarded the NCRPC by the US Department of Transportation to demonstrate how UAS vehicles and related technologies can be used to enhance the capabilities of rural transportation planning and development. One part of the project focuses on improving workforce training programs that expand the use of UAS vehicles which this equipment will make possible given it will enable the Applied Aviation Research Center of Kansas State University to take its program off campus for training purposes.
