Weatherization Administrative Supervisor
Amanda Augustine serves as the Weatherization Administrative Supervisor, where she co-leads the Weatherization Assistance Program. The NCRPC administers this program across 41 counties in North Central and Northwest Kansas. Amanda joined the NCRPC in 2014 and held various positions, including Weatherization Director, until 2022. She maintained her connection to rural communities through her work in the agribusiness industry before rejoining the NCRPC in 2024. Amanda earned an associate degree in Applied Science from Salina Area Technical College and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Tabor College in Hillsboro.
