Business Finance Director
Debra Peters has more than three decades of experience in business finance and lending to her role as Business Finance Director at the NCRPC. She began her career with the organization in 1988 as a Loan Specialist, later expanding her expertise in private banking as Vice President of Commercial Lending before returning to the NCRPC in 1998. A graduate of Fort Hays State University with a B.S. in Business, Debra was recognized as the SBA Small Business Advocate of the Year for the State of Kansas in 1993. She is a certified Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) through the National Development Council and has completed advanced training in Commercial Lending and Business Valuation/Acquisition.
