Community Development Assistant
Carol Torkelson serves as a Community Development Assistant at the NCRPC. In this role, she provides administrative support for a variety of community projects across the region. Carol returned to the NCRPC in January 2024 after previously working with the organization for more than 40 years. During her earlier tenure, she held several roles, including Office Manager and Housing Director from 2008 to 2020.
