Weatherization Director
Kendra Ryser was named Weatherization Director in September 2022. She joined the NCRPC in 2019 as Weatherization Assistant. Kendra oversees the weatherization assistance program that NCRPC administers, which includes 41 counties in North Central and Northwest Kansas.
