The Right Start – Using a Business Plan

Considering starting a company? Maybe you already have one but are not sure what direction to go. Every business needs a business plan. In this fast-paced 2-hour session, you will learn the importance of a business plan, how to develop one, and what are the primary pitfalls to avoid. Business structures and loans will also be explained by LRS Consulting, Inc. with Q&A time at the end of the seminar.

Entrepreneurs, new business owners/principals, anyone thinking of starting a new business, changing direction of an existing business, or selling a business

Course delivery:

Registration required. Class will be delivered online via Zoom. Class size is limited to 10 participants to allow for more individualized training and questions. A waiting list will be kept and additional classes may be added if there is enough demand.
