This 90-minute workshop is an introduction to the basics of Money, Market, and Management for anyone considering the launch of a new business or anyone looking for a refresher! Learn about sources of funding and what good credit looks like. Understand the importance of market development and why it is relevant. Dive into a better understanding of managing a business. We reinforce the following concepts: No Free Money; Need for Personal Financial Investment; Need to Work ON the Business; and identifying a target market.

About the Instructor:

Rick Feltenberger is Regional Director of the Kansas Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Fort Hays State University. During his business career, Mr. Feltenberger was a serial entrepreneur and an accomplished Fortune 500 business executive. As an entrepreneur, Rick started and successfully exited 4 businesses and served as an Advisor-in-Residence for a business incubator where he assisted multiple startups. He is well versed in business plans, financial management, debt & equity funding (bank loans and investors), developing sales and growth strategies, and helping business owners Exit With DignityTM when they are ready for the next chapter in their life.
