If you have heard of an Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement and do not know what these mean, LRS Consulting, Inc. will teach you what they are and how to use them. Understanding your periodic financial statements can help you uncover hidden profit opportunities for your business. Not sure what Ratio Analysis, Benchmarking, or Industry Statistics are? This seminar will teach you to use them to improve your business as well as how to leverage your accounting relationship and what banks look for.

Course delivery:

Registration required. Class will be delivered online via Zoom. Class size is limited to 10 participants to allow for more individualized training and questions. A waiting list will be kept and additional classes may be added if there is enough demand.
